Do you take credit cards?

Only through PayPal. There is approximately a 3% convenience fee that will be added to your invoice if you would like to pay through PayPal. As a very small company, it is difficult to justify the increased costs and complications of processing credit cards at this time.

How can I pay?

On most orders, an invoice will be enclosed with your shipment. A return envelope will be provided so that you can mail payment back in the form of check or money order. For some large orders, pre-payment will be required.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, but I require that international customers pre-pay the full amount of their order. This may be accomplished via wire transfer or Pay Pal payment.

Do you accept extra unopened supplies from families?

No. SMA Medical Supply is technically a "for profit" company and does not engage in the distribution of free supplies that have been donated by families. To donate your extra supplies, please contact Laura from SMA Support at 317-536-6063. She accepts unopened medical supplies and redistributes them to SMA families in need.

Can you get the Max EasyS or its assecories?

No. My understanding is that this popular lay-down stroller is now discontinued. I do not have access to it or any of its parts.

Can you get the Respironics Small Child Profile Lite mask?

Yes! This mask had been blocked by the FDA for distribution in the United States, but has now received clearance. Please call or e-mail me to order.

Can you submit claims to my private insurance company?

Yes, however, I am an out-of-network provider and you will want to review your out-of-network benefits to determine whether or not it's beneficial for you to order equipment through SMA Medical Supply. Some of my customers have found me to be less expensive than other providers, even though I am out-of-network.

Can you submit claims to government run programs like Medicaid?

No. I am not a Medicaid approved provider.

When can my child begin wearing the nasal prong mask?

Typically the NasalAire II Petite mask begins fitting children around age 2. A sizing star can be provided to you when your child is close to this age, so that you may determine when the mask will fit.
